Perfect-looking is not proof

Scammers copy logos, colours and designs exactly. A beautiful email can still be fake.
"Dear Customer" instead of your name is a common sign, but some fakes know your name too.
The safe way: open the official app, go to your orders or account, and check there.

RememberCheck in the official app, not in the email.

Answer: Scam. Even when the address looks real, no company ever asks for your password or card number by email. Sender addresses can be faked.
