Login requests you did not start

You get "Is it you trying to sign in?" or a login code, but you are not logging in. Someone has your password and is trying.
Never approve it and never share the code, even if someone calls saying they are from support.
Tap "No, it's not me", change your password and turn on two-step verification.

Answer: No, it's not me. Then change your password. You did not try to log in, so someone else has your password. Say no and change your password.

"We are the WhatsApp security team. Your account will be deleted today. Tell us the 6-digit code we just sent to you."

Answer: Scam. WhatsApp never calls you and never asks for your code. Giving it lets the thief take your account.
